Ingredients
1 Cup Quinoa Flakes
Directions
1/2 Cup Coconut Flour
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 tsp. Sea salt
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 Cup Stevia
4 Tbsp. Warm Water
3 tsp. EnerG Egg Replacer
1/2 Cup Vanilla Coconut Yogurt
2 Tbsp. Coconut Oil
1/2 Cup Blueberries (or more)
Directions
1. Preheat Oven to 350 F
2. Coat 8x4 loaf pan with Coconut Oil
3. Combine dry ingredients and warm water until light and fluffy.
4. Separately mix wet ingredients including Mashed Bananas.
5. Fold wet and dry ingredients together and pour into pan
6. Bake at 350 F for 55 minuets
